Borage is a bee attractive annual herb that creates a thick bush of dark green foliage with dark blue flowers. Easy to grow, a real ‘cottage garden’ favourite, the Borage is also widely used as a herb the edible leaves have a cucumber flavour. Perfect for informal or wild gardens, it will attract a host of beneficial insects!
Parts used: flowers and leaves. Bushy plant with large bristly hairy leaves and decorative flowers in clusters. Called the Herb of gladness for its exhilarating effect.
